• In the case of a skin clinic, services such as Dermal Fillers, Tattoo Removal, etc., will be configured.
• For a spa, services like Hair Color, Bridal Makeup, etc., will be added.
• In hospitals, services like Cardiologists (Jack), Cardiologists (Tom), Allergists (Mark), and more will be established.

Create expert service

Create Expert Service to associate Expert and Service. Expert work on single service or multiple services based on the business case. If an expert needs to work in different timing for different services, then we need to set up different working on expert service based on the need.

Use Salesforce app launcher to choose “Booking Social” app.

Choose service tab and click on “New Expert Service” button on the related list.

Associate expert and set working hour if the specific service working hour is different from expert working hour.

Appointment Booking

To make your services available for appointment booking, follow these steps:

1. Create the service.
2. Ensure that employees are clearly defined.
3. Set business hours.

By completing these steps, you can associate your services with experts and make them accessible for appointment bookings.
