Employee, Expert, or Staff all means the same. We can provide translation overrides to all the relevant data models.

Create expert

Use Salesforce app launcher to choose “Booking Social” app.

Choose expert tab and click on “New Expert” button

Define the following fields to setup expert,

• Name – Name of the expert.
• BKSL Account – Choose the appropriate business unit(Booking Social Account)
• Business hour – We have to mention when the expert will be available. eg. Mon to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Availability - Choose Business Hour so that the specified business hour is set as availability
• User – If you want your employee to manage there calendar, you should create salesforce user for your employee and assign it to user here.
• Active – We have to make this active so that you can get this on booking screen
