Booking Social Account(Business Unit)

Business units can be a location(eg: New York, CA, Berlin) or division(eg: Sales, Marketing) or it can be a combination of different attributes(eg: New York Clinic, SFO Laundry). To start using the app you have to create a new business unit.

Create new Booking Social Account

Choose “Booking Social” app from Salesforce app launcher

Navigate to Home tab.

Click “Create New Account” button on the right hand side to navigate to account creation page.

Enter the following details,

Once you complete the form, click the Save button to create a new business unit(Booking Social Account).

Once you create Booking Social account, you can go ahead and setup the following
