Appointment Status

In your Booking Social calendar page, you'll notice that different appointment slots are highlighted in various colors. These colors represent the current status of each appointment. The following appointment statuses are available:

  1. PENDING: This status is assigned to appointments that have been requested by customers but have not been confirmed or approved yet.
  2. COMPLETED: Appointments with this status indicate that they have been successfully completed.
  3. APPROVED: Appointments with an "Approved" status are confirmed bookings scheduled for a specific date and time.
  4. NO SHOW: This status is used when a customer fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice.
  5. CANCELLED: Appointments that have been canceled by either the customer or your business will have this status.

Color Codes

The color codes associated with each appointment status serve as visual indicators to help you quickly identify the status of each appointment. This visual distinction is particularly useful when you have a busy calendar with numerous appointments.
